30-day money-back guarantee — if Mazalgo doesn't save you time within 30 days, we'll refund every dollar.
Built for independent watch dealers, traders, and active collectors who buy and sell — even a few pieces a year. Not a marketplace, and not for retail boutiques or collectors who only buy and hold.
What it does for you
- See true margin after fees. Every B3AF (Bottom 3 After Fees) buy range shows the comps behind it — no black-box estimate. The formula is public on the methodology page.
- Catch WTB buyers first. Want-to-buy posts from Reddit and WatchUSeek land in your workbench within 30 minutes and are matched against your inventory.
- Verify before you wire. Deal safety checks and counterparty verification before money moves.
- Turn a small bankroll faster, with a system behind you. Reuse capital sooner — clean margin math on the way in, a matched buyer on the way out.
- Never quote a watch you already sold. One inventory of record — buyer matching only runs against pieces still marked Available.
- Let OpenWatch draft the outreach. Two message variants per WTB match, queued for your approval — nothing sends without you. See how OpenWatch works.
Two trader profiles, one workbench: Building Trader (under $20K) · Established Trader ($250K+) · all use cases.
Straight answers
- Is the pricing a black box?
- No. Every buy range shows its comp basis, and the B3AF formula is published at mazalgo.com/methodology. Auction data can lag; we say so.
- Will the WTB feed keep working?
- Leads come from public posts via Reddit's official API and public RSS feeds, refreshed every 30 minutes — no account scraping.
- Can other users see my inventory or pricing?
- No. Row-level security keeps your inventory, pricing, and contacts private to you.
- How much work is it to move my inventory in?
- One watch at a time, by hand — brand, model, reference, cost basis, condition, papers and box, photos. Contacts import from a CSV. There's no inventory CSV import yet, so if you're moving a large book, email support@mazalgo.com before you start.
- Is there a learning curve?
- Nothing to install — it runs in the browser. Price one reference in the Pricing Analyst, then add one watch; the deal pipeline and CRM work the way your spreadsheet does, with the fee math done for you. Docs live at docs.mazalgo.com, and the 14-day trial covers the full stack so you can judge it on your own inventory.
- Does Mazalgo delist a watch everywhere when it sells?
- No. Mazalgo doesn't push delistings to eBay, Chrono24, or your WhatsApp groups — pulling listings off other channels is still on you. What it does is keep one inventory of record: mark a piece sold once and buyer matching stops on it, because matches only run against watches still marked Available.

Both start with a 14-day free trial of the full stack. No credit card, no transaction fees. Full pricing details · the fee math vs WatchDealerPro.
